OUR POLICY
Maximum 10 person limit in the space for all shoots.
For bookings starting at 7am please note that the main entrance doors to the building do not open until that time.
Kindly note that the building closes at 9:00 PM, and as part of security protocol, all doors will be locked thereafter. Your adherence to this timing is greatly appreciated for the smooth operation of our facilities.
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Should your shoot involve alcoholic beverages, kindly email us with more information at hello@blyskstudios.com.
Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises. We retain the right to request the departure of any individual from the premises if we suspect intoxication or impairment.
We do not permit the use of the ladder.
You cannot hang or attach anything from the pipes in the open ceiling.
Please do not step on any of the furniture.
Please do not bring the following into the studio (If you absolutely require it for your shoot, please email us at hello@blyskstudios.com):
Most of our home decor pieces are available for purchase from our website. Please note, any damage incurred will result in accountability for the related costs.
The full cost of repairing damage to the room, including walls, floors, fixtures, furnishings, decor, and equipment, will be charged. Shoppable items available on our online store will incur charges equivalent to either the full repair cost or the retail value (plus sales tax), along with any applicable shipping and handling charges, based on the extent of the damage.
The room may be inspected if loud noises, furniture dragging, or suspected breaches of studio rules and/or safety are heard during your studio time. A warning will be given before any inspection takes place.
Washrooms are available to all visitors in the building. Please return the key to the studio after use.
If you need to arrange delivery/storage of items ahead of your booking, please email us at hello@blyskstudios.com.
If you reschedule your reservation more than 24 hours prior to your booking time, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 20% of your booking value. You can reschedule your appointment directly using the link in your booking confirmation email.
A cancellation made more than 24 hours before your booking time incurs a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the booking value. The remaining balance will be converted into studio credit for your future booking.
Cancellation requests within 24 hours of your booking time are not accepted. In such cases, the full value of the booking becomes due, and no credit will be issued.
Cancellation requests can only be made by emailing us at hello@blyskstudios.com.

Blysk Studios does not assume liability for circumstances beyond its control that may impact rentals, such as government mandated lockdowns, power outages, construction, weather, emergencies, acts of God etc.
The individual making the booking assumes responsibility and liability for themselves and their guests while on the premises.
Booking individuals acknowledge that Blysk Studios bears no liability for any harm or damage resulting from the use of the studio or rented items, whether to the booking individual or any third party. The booking individual accepts all risk related to personal property damage or injury. In the event of an accident involving rented items while in possession of the booking individual, they are required to notify Blysk Studios through a written statement, providing details of the incident, including a police report and, if applicable, names and addresses of witnesses.
Blysk Studios assumes no liability for injuries or accidents involving the Booking individual, their employees, contractors, clients, or any visitors, whether within or outside the Studio premises.
The Booking individual holds responsibility for any physical damages, legal repercussions, or impact on Blysk Studios' reputation or business due to their actions or those of their guests while in control of the Studio. The Booking individual agrees to indemnify and release Blysk Studios from any legal actions that may arise from their use of the venue.
The Booking individual agrees that if any protocols, terms, conditions, etc., are violated, Blysk Studios is not obligated to refund any payments made for past or future bookings. Furthermore, the Booking individual may incur additional financial or legal penalties as a result.
